Jacob Lamm is Executive VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at CA Technologies. This puts him in charge of adapting the company’s business strategy, and building strategy for the “selection, prioritization, and execution of acquisitions.” He is also head of CA Technologies’ Business Incubation business units, exploring opportunities to establish businesses in new markets. He is also a member of the CA Technologies Executive Leadership Team, that sets up and implements business and technical strategies.?Other roles Lamm has held at the firm include:  Executive VP of the Governance Group and Executive VP and GM of the Business Service Optimization business unit.??He boasts over two decades of industry experience spanning a variety of technologies and business applications.? He joined the company on its acquisition of Professional Help Desk (PHD), of which he was co-founder,  Executive VP and CTO.  With Lamm at the helm, PHD became one of the strongest products on the market, gaining industry recognition for having the most visionary service management solution.
